Full job description

Seeking a highly skilled Photo Equipment Technician with ample photolithography equipment experience for ADI's Beaverton fab. Nights, compressed shift.

Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions
Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, and oscilloscope
Improve machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, and cost of ownership
Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs
Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health

Hands-on experience with ASML /100 and /700, Nikon SF100/130/155, and TEL ACT 8 tools desired.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with photolithography equipment
Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing
Ability to troubleshoot to component level
Proficiency reading schematics and using diagnostic tools
Good understanding of the photo process
