Accounting Manager - Pension & Benefits

Inside the Role

The Pensions & Benefits Manager role is responsible for the accounting, reporting, and management of personnel and fringe benefit costs and activities. This role manages payroll, fringe benefit, pension, and expatriate accounting, as well as fringe rate setting, investment management, and regulatory functions for the pension and 401(k) retirement trusts. This role works cross-functionally with the Our People Team, Manufacturing Controlling, and financial reporting business partners and manages vendor relationships with actuaries, investment managers, investment advisors, and auditors.
