Oversee operations execution and bridge cross-functional gaps across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Production teams at Agility Robotics in Salem, OR (hybrid).

What you will do:

Facilitate weekly cross-team check-ins and drive action items
Manage strategic programs and administer program management tools
Deliver monthly leadership reviews and executive-ready summaries

Qualifications

Hardware NPI or production ramp experience (robotics, automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics)
Quality systems or regulatory/product compliance familiarity
ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning exposure
CAPM or Agile certification
Dashboard building or light automation skills

Requirements

2-4 years of program, project, or operations coordination experience in manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, or comparable cross-functional environment
Demonstrated ability to run effective meetings and drive action items across teams you don't manage
Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools) and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills
Clear, concise written communication - status reports, meeting summaries, and executive-ready summaries
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-moving production ramp environments
