Delivery Station Customer Service Associate

Provide in-person, real-time customer support at an Amazon last-mile delivery station so customers get their packages on time. Connect customers with experts for accurate package information, inform delivery partners when customers reschedule, and resolve delivery issues quickly.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email
• Prioritize customer needs with empathy and respect
• Resolve issues, set clear expectations, and make quick, effective decisions
• Write accurate, concise, grammatically correct responses
• Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week)

Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts of up to 12 hours, and working in variable-noise, uncontrolled-temperature conditions.
