Rhumbix Professional Services Consultant

Position Overview

Rhumbix is seeking a customer-focused and technically capable Professional Services Consultant to lead implementations, drive customer adoption, and deliver operational value for our construction clients. This role bridges technology, construction operations, and change management to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with construction industry knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with field teams, executives, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact to lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria

• Workflow Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and business objectives. Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms (like Time & Materials and Daily Construction Reports)

• Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practices

• Training & Enablement: Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to use Rhumbix mobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor Productivity...
