Block is seeking a People Analyst to support senior People leaders with data-driven insights: turning unclear questions into analyses, building dashboards on workforce trends, employee experience, and talent outcomes, using AI to automate reporting, consulting across HR functions, and improving data quality. Strong SQL and HR systems knowledge are key.

Qualifications

5+ years in management consulting or client management
Understanding of HR operations, talent processes, and workforce planning data
SQL proficiency with large, complex datasets
