Full job description
Own a team of technical and non-technical program managers across operations and supply chain, plus a portfolio of high-complexity programs spanning the organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations Program Management & Insights, you set the standard for what great program management looks like.
- Lead and develop a team of dedicated program managers; coach toward growth
- Establish and model PM best practices across the team
- Own a portfolio of complex programs requiring structure, judgment, and organizational reach
- Translate complex, multi-org work into clear progress narratives for executive audiences
- Identify risks, stalled decisions, and at-risk dependencies before they become problems
Hybrid position based out of the Salem office.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in leadership roles with a proven track record in Program Management
- 7+ years driving programs in manufacturing and operations environments
- Experience building and mentoring teams of program managers
- Strong data-driven decision-making across a complex portfolio
- Comfort in organizations without mature systems, clean data, or clear processes
