Senior Engineer, Quality Engineering

Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for its Beaverton, Oregon wafer manufacturing operations, focused on customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and defect reduction.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer issues and represent the customer voice in quality discussions
• Facilitate root-cause investigation using structured problem-solving tools
• Analyze customer returns and prepare 8D reports
• Interpret SEM/TEM images and EDX data for defect analysis
• Mentor engineers on SPC, FMEA, and MSA tools
• Lead cross-functional teams on complex quality issues
• Conduct supplier audits and participate in customer and certification audits

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Process/Microelectronic/Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years
• Semiconductor industry experience in Quality, Process, Product, or Yield engineering
• Knowledge of CMOS and Bipolar manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a clean room environment

Preferred: QMS knowledge, Six Sigma certification, IATF16949/ISO9001 familiarity.
