Block's Square is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the customer experience after checkout across food ordering and retail ecommerce: order tracking, pickup, delivery, and shipping, plus help with late deliveries, missing items, and refunds. The PM sets strategy, aligns efforts across Square and partners, uses AI to automate work, and measures repeat purchases and resolution time.

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience
Consumer product judgment shipping customer-facing products at scale
Hands-on experience building with AI, including prototypes and pull requests
