Full job description
Lead organizational change, communications, training, and adoption for a multi-year transformation of Amazon's Finance ERP platform.
- Assess organizational impacts and develop stakeholder engagement strategies
- Create integrated communications and training plans
- Measure adoption across design through stabilization phases
- Translate complex transformation roadmaps into practical execution strategies
- Posting covers multiple Amazon offices including Portland, OR
Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, or comparable enterprise Finance transformation programs
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting processes including General Ledger, record-to-report, consolidation, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience designing and delivering role-based training for complex systems and business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent
- 10+ years leading organizational change, communications, training, or adoption for large-scale transformation programs
- Experience developing and executing change-management strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, and training programs
- Strong program management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
