Full job description

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior DTCO Engineer for CPU physical design. The role evaluates advanced semiconductor foundry nodes to optimize next-generation CPU microarchitecture, working with foundry partners, IP development, and hardware design teams during early technology development. Includes synthesis, place-and-route, and static timing analysis to measure how process features affect power, performance, and area.

Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years in physical design, DTCO, or technology pathfinding
Strong background in advanced-node silicon design and PPA analysis
