People Operations Specialist

Agility Robotics is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage new hire onboarding, HR administration, and company events. The role focuses on creating a seamless employee experience across multiple office locations while maintaining detailed administrative processes and fostering engaging workplace moments.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through 90 days, coordinating across offices and remote teams
• Develop creative onboarding touchpoints including orientation, first-week activities, and buddy programs
• Plan and execute company events such as offsites, family days, summits, and holiday parties
• Manage HRIS administration including employee data changes and record accuracy
• Support HR systems, documentation, and workflows to improve employee experience
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
