Full job description
Block is hiring a Senior Manager for IT Internal Audit to lead IT audit projects and parts of its Sarbanes-Oxley program. The role works with the SOX lead, audit managers, and process owners, helps build a methodology for auditing AI systems, and finds ways to use AI to improve audits while preserving quality and independence. Fintech or financial services experience preferred.
Qualifications
- 8+ years managing and testing SOX controls including SOC 1/SOC 2 reliance
- Advanced understanding of audit methodologies in regulated environments
- Experience auditing or using LLMs/AI systems and governance frameworks
