Full job description

Autodesk's M&A Finance team seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, from diligence and deal planning through close, Day 1 readiness, integration, and post-close value realization, partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, IT, and business teams. Remote-eligible in Oregon among other states.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, or business
9+ years in M&A finance, transaction advisory, strategic finance, or FP&A
Experience supporting transactions through diligence, modeling, close, and integration
