Ampere seeks a supply chain leader to develop the infrastructure supporting planning operations for its semiconductor business. Design Advanced Planning and Scheduling capabilities, bridging technical systems with business processes. Hybrid role in Portland, OR.
What you'll do:
- Provide vision and leadership for APS infrastructure expansion supporting affiliate collaboration
- Analyze existing system capabilities and implement planning modules
- Bridge technical capabilities with business processes for S&OP and S&OE effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT partners on factory planning processes, dashboards, and reporting
- Translate operational parameters into business objectives and KPI metrics
Pay range: $187,000 - $281,000.
Requirements
- MBA or bachelor's in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 12+ years experience
- Factory Scheduling/Master Scheduling experience across multiple locations
- Advanced Planning Systems experience, preferably Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro
- Semiconductor supply chain knowledge including PCBAs, SoCs, and subcontracted manufacturing
- S&OP planning experience with capacity analysis and scenario design
- Strong data visualization and communication skills
