Network Deploy Technician IV, Infrastructure Delivery

Support AWS network infrastructure across several data center locations, including day-to-day capacity management.

• Work with internal customers and external vendors to keep projects on track, as directed by Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers
• Manage work and priorities through a ticketing system to complete customer requests and projects
• Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords
• Specify power and cooling requirements and ensure hardware racking and stacking for new equipment
• Participate in migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
• Help establish best practices, refine operational procedures, and develop ways to automate and scale the network
• Participate in a 24/7 primary responder rotation and after-hours support as needed; travel within the regional work area
• Physical demands include lifting up to 40 lbs, working in cramped or elevated spaces, and climbing ladders
