Senior Regional Manager

Senior AMZL leader responsible for budget, people development, and operations goals across multiple Amazon Logistics delivery facilities. Manages and coaches teams in several locations and builds leadership bench strength.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive quality, process change, and Lean initiatives that meet or exceed the business plan
• Own safety, quality, performance, and customer experience across facilities
• Measure performance, give feedback, and hold leaders accountable for their departments
• Proactively share best practices across departments, shifts, and the network
• Work with HR, Finance, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, Safety, and other leaders to secure resources for projects

Leaders are expected to be nimble, use sound judgment, make quick decisions amid ambiguity, and drive innovation while running a best-in-class, cost-efficient operation. Compensation also includes sign-on payments and RSUs.
