Onsite Medical Representative

Amazon seeks an experienced Onsite Medical Representative to join its Workplace Health & Safety team at the Woodburn, OR fulfillment facility. The role involves providing first aid support, assessing injuries and illnesses, and advocating for employee wellness. Working closely with safety managers and specialists, the position includes attending safety committee meetings, conducting new hire orientations, and participating in case management reviews.

Key job responsibilities:

• Deliver first aid support and refer associates to outside medical providers
• Reduce injury risk through education and proactive engagement
• Maintain care records and coordinate workers' compensation programs
• Produce daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports
• Coach staff on safe work practices observed on the operations floor
• Manage medical supply inventory and maintain certification credentials
• Facilitate first aid, CPR, and AED training classes
• Support emergency response protocols
• Work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends

Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds, standing/walking up to 12 hours, and working in variable temperatures.
