Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager to set product vision and multi-year strategy for its AI/ML-powered Compliance Automation platform covering sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity detection. Leads a PM team, reduces compliance operating costs through automation, and works with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Data Science.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management including AI/ML automation or compliance technology
Experience leading large cross-functional programs and PM teams
Proven track record with AML/BSA, sanctions, and transaction monitoring frameworks
