Full job description
Join Intel Foundry's Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering (MDCE) Device team as a CMOS Device Technologist, developing and customizing semiconductor technologies for high-volume manufacturing with a focus on general-purpose logic CMOS.
- Collaborate with Technology Development to develop new device technologies and customize architectures for foundry customer needs
- Partner with manufacturing teams to refine fabrication processes meeting device specs and yield targets
- Develop CMOS logic device technologies supporting high-performance compute, mobile, mixed signal, and memory controllers
- Ensure compatibility of customized device technologies with Intel's manufacturing processes and platforms
- Leverage data analysis and scripting to accelerate learning cycles
Qualifications
- Background in CMOS device physics and semiconductor technology development
- Experience with data analysis, scripting, and analytical techniques
- Experience supporting foundry customers or high-volume manufacturing a plus
