Full job description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Physical Design and Timing Engineer to drive physical design and timing closure for high-frequency, low-power CPUs, GPUs, and SoCs at block, cluster, and full-chip levels. The engineer carries frontend and backend implementation from RTL to GDSII, covering synthesis, floorplanning, timing constraints, and ECO implementation. Hybrid role.
Qualifications
- BS in EE/CE with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years in physical design, synthesis, and timing
- Hands-on RTL-to-tapeout experience through synthesis, P&R, and signoff
- Multi-mode multi-corner timing closure and scripting (Python, Tcl, Perl)
