Full job description
Agility Robotics (maker of the Digit humanoid robot) seeks an embedded analyst at the intersection of program management and operations/supply chain. You will help the business understand current workflows and define future-state processes, bringing direct operational experience and analytical rigor.
What you'll do:
- Analyze operational and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from functional stakeholders
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and actionable documentation
- Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards for performance visibility
- Support process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Partner with program managers on cross-functional initiatives
Pay range: $96,000 - $125,000.
Requirements
- Direct experience in or supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
- Strong analytical thinking - from data to insights to recommendations
- Thorough, precise documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and self-manage priorities
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (Planner, Project, Jira)
- Clear written and verbal communication
