The role centers on re-architecting core systems for scale, owning the FinHub Tools roadmap, shaping architecture, recruiting, and running reliability practices.

Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years of engineering management
Track record building distributed systems at scale with hands-on code review and incident leadership
Experience with financial systems or event-driven architectures
