Full job description
Lead responses to complex customer issues for Agility Robotics' deployed humanoid robot fleet.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer support
- Work with engineering on root causes and follow up on resolutions
- Document cases in a ticketing system
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback
Onsite at the Salem, OR office.
Qualifications
- Previous customer support or related experience (a plus, not required)
- Passion for robotics and technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customers with varied technical backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
