Manufacturing Specialist - Day Shift (Mon-Fri 6A-2:30P)

Build high-power fiber lasers and components on a manufacturing team at nLIGHT's Hillsboro site. No experience required - on-the-job training provided, including electromechanical assembly.

• Follow documented work instructions and build to spec
• Enter production data into a computer system
• Work in a cleanroom with specialized garments; some work uses a microscope and solvents
• Report nonconforming work, keep equipment checked, perform basic troubleshooting

Physical/environment: cleanroom and controlled-chemical environments; sit, stand, or walk for an 8-hour shift; lift up to 35 lbs; frequent repetitive hand use. Shift differentials: +10% for hours 5:30PM-12AM, +15% for 12AM-5:30AM. Due to US export control rules, applicants must be US persons (citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals).
