Full job description

Drive data-driven decision making across ADI's global supply chain as a Supply Chain Planning Analytics Lead, transforming manufacturing, inventory, demand, and operational data into insights, forecasts, and capacity plans.

Build and expand the analytics capability within the supply chain planning organization
Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Identify root causes of supply-demand imbalances, inventory risks, and capacity constraints
Develop scalable analytical models and frameworks for repeatable decision-making
Own dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and queries supporting executive reviews and long-range planning
Partner with planners, manufacturing, finance, and business leaders

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or operations analytics
Strong skills with large datasets, data modeling, dashboards, and reporting tools
Ability to partner with executive stakeholders and drive corrective actions
