Full job description

Enhance pre-silicon productivity through automation and EDA platform improvements. Hybrid role in Portland, OR.

  • Partner with RTL and verification teams on automation and platform improvements
  • Establish standards for EDA tooling and design/verification workflows
  • Deploy custom automation services that streamline RTL design and verification
  • Support EDA tools including SystemVerilog simulation, static analysis, and debug
  • Collaborate across hardware, software, and IT on infrastructure scaling
  • Enable AI-enhanced verification and design methodologies

Qualifications

  • Source code management experience (Git/Perforce)
  • RDBMS experience
  • CI/CD pipeline knowledge
  • Cloud computing background

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven front-end design automation (EDA/DevOps) expertise
  • Python or Perl scripting proficiency
  • Strong SystemVerilog expertise with DV/UVM/coverage/simulation/debug or RTL static checks
  • IP and SoC RTL design/verification workflow experience
  • Knowledge of HPC workload management systems (IBM LSF or SLURM)
  • Bachelor's in EE/CE/CS plus 8 years experience (or equivalent MS/PhD)
