Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time), Customer Experience Operations

Support customer service and floor leader duties at Amazon Locker+ retail locations, where Amazon handles package pickups, returns, and deliveries.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage customers and model desired behavior for the team
• Scan, process, and count product using inventory systems
• Give peers feedback on processes and standards; serve as the escalation point for customer issues
• Help develop best practices that improve customer and operations outcomes
• Identify barriers and trends and support the manager in building site culture and maintaining safety and quality standards

Schedule: reduced hours averaging 30-39 per week, with open availability Tuesday through Saturday 2:45pm-9:15pm plus flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking during shifts up to 12 hours.
