Area Manager, Grocery Fulfillment Center

Lead a team of hourly employees during shifts at an Amazon grocery fulfillment center - a multi-temperature facility supporting same-day delivery of fresh food and specialty products - focusing on safety, quality, attendance, and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources to meet business objectives
• Help develop best practices that improve processes across the network

Physical demands: lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts up to 12 hours, frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and climb stairs; work in varying noise, temperatures, and weather, including refrigerated areas. Flexible schedule including weekends and/or overnight shifts. Compensation also includes sign-on payments and RSUs.
