Full job description

Forward Deployed Engineer embedded in Coinbase Finance within the Office of the CTO. Identifies automation opportunities across FP&A and Treasury workflows such as period-end close and liquidity stress-testing, prototypes solutions on Coinbase's AI platform, owns the Finance automation roadmap, and ensures auditable, SOX-compliant outputs with human oversight.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering shipping production systems
Hands-on LLM application deployment with evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design
Ability to embed with non-technical experts; ERP and SOX familiarity
