Full job description

Internship on DTNA's next-generation Class 8 battery electric truck team focused on energy and thermal management. Interns help plan and run validation tests in lab and real-world conditions, analyze performance data, and use AI-assisted tools to optimize test coverage and generate performance reports. May lead to full-time employment. Hybrid; begins May/June.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor's or higher program in mechanical, electrical, automotive, or systems engineering or CS
Foundational knowledge of EV powertrains, HV battery systems, thermodynamics, and fluid systems
Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar analysis tools
