Lead hourly teams at an Amazon XL fulfillment center in Portland, overseeing safety, quality, and performance across the package delivery workflow.

  • Manage teams from initial storage through final customer delivery
  • Support and develop hourly associates
  • Handle physical demands and variable work environments
  • 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
