Full job description
Drive data migration, cutover, and release execution for a multi-year transformation of Amazon's Finance ERP platform.
- Coordinate across accounting, engineering, and implementation teams
- Ensure accurate financial data migration and controlled deployment
- Develop strategy, establish governance, manage risk and compliance
- Posting covers multiple Amazon offices including Portland, OR
Qualifications
- Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP data migration and release programs
- Knowledge of General Ledger, record-to-report, consolidation, intercompany accounting, foreign currency, subledgers, and financial reporting
- Experience with data extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and defect management
- Experience developing cutover strategies, mock conversions, deployment playbooks, rollback plans, and command-center mechanisms
- Experience working with systems integrators, software vendors, and consulting partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- 7+ years leading data migration, conversion, deployment, cutover, or release activities for large-scale enterprise technology programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
