Full job description
Support the design and implementation of Ampere's corporate compliance program, reporting to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer.
- Develop policies, conduct risk assessments and deliver compliance training
- Manage third-party due diligence and the ethics helpline
- Support internal investigations, regulatory monitoring and corporate governance
- Work across compliance areas including anti-corruption, data privacy, trade compliance and information security
Hybrid role based in Portland, OR.
Requirements
- 5+ years in compliance, legal operations, risk management, investigations, or internal audit
- Experience in in-house legal/compliance, law firms, consulting, accounting firms, or government/regulatory organizations
- Familiarity with compliance risk areas (anti-corruption, third-party risk, information security, trade compliance, privacy, competition law, corporate governance)
- Ability to independently manage projects
- Sound judgment, integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
