Full job description

Autodesk seeks a Corporate Development Associate to evaluate acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. The role involves financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, market research, executive presentations, and transaction execution through post-close integration, with exposure to senior leadership and the full M&A lifecycle. Qualifications

2-4 years in corporate development, investment banking, PE/VC, strategic finance, or consulting
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Experience developing executive-level presentations
