Full job description

Intel's Logic Technology Development group seeks a Ph.D.-level Module Development Engineer to advance leading-edge semiconductor processes. The role covers process optimization, statistical process control, cross-functional vendor work, designing experiments, resolving yield excursions, and transferring technologies into high-volume manufacturing, with detailed technical documentation. Full-time role in Hillsboro.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in engineering, materials, physics, chemistry, or related STEM field (completion expected before start date)
6+ months hands-on semiconductor experience (lithography, etch, deposition, metrology, or integration)
Preferred: statistical methods (DOE, SPC) and Python, MATLAB, or JMP
