Coinbase is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the Customer Engagement & Experience team, which builds retail support experiences for 100M+ customers: AI-powered self-service, the Concierge program for high-value customers, and social support, with a goal of automating over 90% of contacts while maintaining quality. Manages PMs, TPMs, and designers.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management including 5+ shipping support/self-service/automation products at scale
5+ years leading product teams including senior PMs
Experience delivering AI-powered products (LLM assistants, agentic workflows) with governance
