Finance Transformation Mgr, Leo Accounting PMO

Amazon Leo Accounting is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional accounting programs. The role is offered in Portland, OR among other US locations.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and drive new and evolving programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end-to-end strategy
• Partner with worldwide business, technology, and product teams on delivering high-quality programs
• Provide feedback on priorities, timelines, and outcomes to influence business processes
• Communicate and influence adoption of programs and processes across leaders, peers, and cross-functional organizations
• Collaborate and build relationships with business, product, accounting, technology, and finance owners globally
• Look around corners and proactively set up the team for success in achieving its goals
