Full job description
Lead reliability qualification for Ampere's high-performance cloud-native CPUs. Hybrid role based in Portland, OR.
What you will do:
- Architect burn-in and HTOL qualification plans for CPU products
- Execute stress experiments and analyze statistical reliability data
- Build reliability models to ensure product quality from conception through production
- Partner with design and manufacturing teams on quality and reliability targets
- Apply knowledge of data center product reliability requirements
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. degree
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 12 years semiconductor product reliability engineering experience
- Expertise in burn-in, HTOL, and statistical reliability modeling for CPUs
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and test processes
- Understanding of data center product reliability requirements
- Proficiency in statistical software (JMP, R, Python) and reliability modeling
- Strong project management and communication skills
