Amazon Leo Accounting is seeking a Senior Accountant to support various aspects of the accounting and reporting process with end-to-end ownership. The role is offered in Portland, OR among other US locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls
- Perform complex data analysis and execute the monthly close
- Identify and escalate risks
- Identify automation opportunities and lead accounting projects
- Strengthen partnerships across Finance, Business, and IT teams
Qualifications
- CPA certification
- Internal control framework knowledge (COSO)
- GAAP research tools and FASB codification experience
- Big Four accounting management experience with Fortune 500 clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of finance or related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Export control requirement: must be a U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylum grantee
