Full job description
Support humanoid robot service operations at Agility's RoboFab factory in Salem, OR. Develop and improve repair and refurbishment processes for internal and external customers while troubleshooting robotic systems and their peripherals.
What you will do:
- Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical robotic systems and peripherals
- Develop and improve repair/refurbishment processes
- Provide clear written and verbal updates and reports to management
Qualifications
- Technical associates degree or equivalent military training
- Experience providing technical assembly or repair services to autonomous robotic systems
- Experience with MES, ERP systems; VKS, Infor, Jira and/or Confluence
- Experience with project improvement methodologies
- Google Suite and Linux Operating System proficiency
- Experience supporting high volume manufacturing in a factory
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; 2-year technical degree or military equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years electro-mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair; mechatronics troubleshooting preferred
- Excellent hand and power tool skills, strong mechanical aptitude with ability to interpret technical documents
- Ability to provide clear written and verbal detailed updates and reports to management
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a factory environment
- Strong computer skills and proficient using Google sheets/docs and/or MS excel/word
- Ability to perform standard work instructions and SOPs with high accuracy
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, have excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Ability to work overtime Mon-Fri, and as required on weekends
