Full job description
Lead the creation of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) at Agility's robotics manufacturing facility, developing and maintaining the body of work orders that drive production and assembly activities.
- Develop and maintain the MPS consisting of work orders created in the ERP system
- Optimize the work order schedule around material availability, labor constraints, and machinery availability
- Track production schedule attainment/adherence and change requests
- Identify risks to production and drive mitigation activities
- Lead scheduling meetings and provide clear visibility to staff relying on production information
- Create non-standard work orders for material transformation, rework, or repair
Reports to the Director of Planning & Supply Chain. Onsite in Salem, OR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Sciences, or related field
- 4+ years of production scheduling in complex low-volume high-mix manufacturing (robotics, EMS, or technology)
- Strong ERP/MRP systems ability
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and material planning
- Preferred: APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF CPF or related certifications
