Full job description
Mid-level role managing small to medium-complexity fire/life safety projects with financial impact between $100K and $2.5M (req 517060).
- Fiscal accountability, project scheduling, resource coordination and subcontractor management
- Customer relations, technical staff guidance and billing coordination
- Coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects
Office/site-based role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Commercial fire/life safety industry experience
- NICET Level II+ certification in Fire Alarm Systems
- Knowledge of NFPA fire alarm codes and regulations
Requirements
- Associate degree
- 6+ months project management experience (Associate PM level) or 1+ years (PM level)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Valid driver's license with limited violations; must be 21+
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
