Full job description

Support Amazon's Digital Content businesses by owning accounting and reporting for eBooks and Kindle Unlimited.

What you will do:

Act as process owner and first point of contact for finance partners
Execute monthly book closures and reporting
Assess and improve internal control design
Drive process improvements and lead accounting projects

Hiring in multiple US locations including Portland, OR.

Qualifications

2+ years of Fortune 500 operational accounting experience
CPA
Knowledge of internal control framework (specifically COSO)
Knowledge of GAAP research tools and the FASB codification
Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients
Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions

Requirements

3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
