Full job description
Manage multiple simultaneous fire and life safety projects valued between $250K and $7M in the Portland area (req 517059).
- Own project scheduling, budget oversight and subcontractor coordination
- Fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing and job cost reporting
- Manage customer relationships and guide technical staff
Office/site-based role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years technical fire and life safety industry experience
- NICET Level II or higher Fire Alarm Systems certification
Requirements
- Associate degree
- 1-3+ years of project management experience
- Technical experience in the commercial fire and life safety industry
- Knowledge of local and national (NFPA) fire alarm codes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Valid driver's license (age 21+); permanent U.S. work authorization
