Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Hybrid role based from any Agility office (Fremont CA, Salem OR, or Pittsburgh PA).

Drive financial planning and analysis that supports decision-making across the company.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with leadership to build annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Track actual-to-budget variances and recommend operational adjustments
• Lead headcount modeling and cash flow forecasting for liquidity visibility
• Identify and monitor key performance indicators linking operations to financial results
• Drive digital finance transformation through technology adoption initiatives
• Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders and external audit processes
• Build business cases and investment return models for resource allocation
• Support internal control design and documentation with accounting teams
